Amazing Selling Machine Update – July

amazing-selling-machine-iconI thought I would make a quick update since my last one was a little while ago. The second product was a smashing success. There were a number of reasons for this. First and foremost, after the process of launching my first product I had gained a lot of knowledge about things that needed to happen in order to make the subsequent product launches more successful.

In my humble opinion one of the most important strategies is identifying and building a group of people whose lives will be enhanced as a result of using your product. While waiting for your product to be delivered from the manufacturer you should engage them with complimentary content that builds up to the launch of your product. The result was utilizing a pre-defined replicable launch process.

For me this meant defining and actively engaging in certain “pre-launch activities”

  • Communicating to our Group our initial intention to launch a new product. Send a press release.
  • Keeping the group engaged and updated about our product status. Send a press release.
  • Create a contest for engagement. Send a press release.
  • Line up potential reviewers.
  • Create scarcity and urgency as launch date nears

Second Product

As you can see we actually made enough sales the first month to earn the $25k badge. In fact the second month was even better then the first month. Looking to bring in another product into that same category.
